At Krank, we stand by the gear we sell — just like you stand by your music. But if something goes wrong, we don’t leave you hanging.
Whether your merch arrives damaged, doesn’t fit, or just isn’t what you expected, you’ve got options:
Need a different size or item? We’ll exchange it.
Did something arrive messed up or broken? We’ll replace it.
Not happy with your order? You can request a full refund — no hard feelings.
You’ve got 14 days from the day your order lands to hit us up. Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (unless it came damaged — that’s on us).

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: krankbd@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
